Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Yuzu Salt, plus more to garnish
3/4 cup soda water
2-3 cups neutral oil for frying
Directions
1
Add the cauliflower to a large bowl. Combine with flour, cornstarch and Yuzu Salt. Toss to distribute.
2
Add the soda water, and stir to evenly coat each floret.
3
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a deep saucepan to 350F (or until a small piece of batter bubbles immediately).
4
Fry the cauliflower for 8-10 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until golden. Repeat with all the florets, being careful not to crowd the pan.
5
Transfer to a paper-towel lined baking sheet.
6
Sprinkle with additional yuzu salt before serving. Enjoy!
