Ingredients
2 cups Yellow split peas
1-2 lbs Beef bones
1 Onion
2 Carrots
3 stalks Celery
1 tbsp Nut oil
8 cups Water
2 Bay leaf
5 Black peppercorns
1 tsp Salt
Black pepper
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Green onion
Directions

Bring the soup to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer on low for 1 - 1 ½ hours, until the split peas are tender.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion, dill, or parsley.
