Ingredients
1 oz Jamaican rum [Appleton Estate 12]
1 oz Dark overproof rum [Plantation O.F.T.D.]
1 oz Fresh lime juice
.5 oz Averna
.5 oz Red fassionola [Cocktail & Sons]
.5 oz Rich Demerara syrup
Directions

Add all ingredients into a tin and shake with crushed ice. Pour into a double old fashioned glass. Top with fresh crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprigs.
Notes
This one goes down super easy so take special care to drink many of them and then walk around like an intoxicated skeleton. The Averna and red fassionola play really nicely here, adding a complexity to an otherwise very simple drink. As always, you have to know your ingredients so reduce your demerara syrup to .25 oz if your fassionola makes this one too sweet.
