2 cups ice
1 cup whole milk, half-and-half, or full-fat unsweetened oat milk
1/2 cup coffee concentrate or espresso
1/3 cup pumpkin spice or caramel flavored syrup
1/4 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling, optional)
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
Whipped cream (optional)

Place 2 cups ice, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup coffee concentrate or espresso, 1/3 cup pumpkin spice or caramel flavored syrup, 1/4 cup pumpkin purée (optional), and 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice in a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 1 minute.

Pour into 2 large glasses. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
