1.5 oz Pineapple Rum
.75 oz Navy Strength Rum
.75 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
.75 oz Coconut Cream
.5 oz Orgeat
.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
Directions

Combine, spindle or shake. Dump and top with more ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Garnish with 3 fronds, a pretty flower, and a cherry spiked to the flower.

2021-03-20: Made with Stiggins, S&C, Réal coconut cream. Tasty, a bit sweet. Maybe try adding bitters, definitely use unsweetened coconut cream.
