Hotel Nacional Special Cocktail
Ingredients
2 ounces light or gold rum (Bacardí Superior recommended)
0.5 ounces apricot brandy or liqueur
0.8 ounces fresh pineapple juice
0.5 ounces fresh lime juice
0.3 ounces simple syrup (optional, to taste)

1 - Chill your glass: Place a coupe or cocktail glass in the freezer or fill with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.

2 - Combine ingredients: Add 2 ounces light or gold rum (Bacardí Superior recommended), 0.5 ounces apricot brandy or liqueur, 0.8 ounces fresh pineapple juice, 0.5 ounces fresh lime juice, and 0.3 ounces simple syrup (optional, to taste) to a cocktail shaker.

3 - Shake: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 10–12 seconds

4 - Strain and garnish: Fine strain into your chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel or pineapple leaf
