Add peel of 8 limes to a large container

Juice the limes into a separate container (NOT the same container as the lime peels)

Add the citric and malic acid and lightly muddle to mix

Let sit for an hour to extract the oils
5
Add lime Juice and water

Blend until dissolved (we used an immersion blender)
7
Fine strain and your Super Juice is ready to serve
8
Keep refrigerated, last 1-2 weeks
