Ingredients
Ice
1/2 ounce gold Jamaican rum (Appleton Estate Reserve)
1 1/2 ounces Amontillado sherry
1/4 ounce Rothman & Winter Orchard apricot liqueur
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce cane sugar syrup or simple syrup
1 Dash Angostura bitters
