Ingredients
4 cups frozen mango chunks
2½ cups plain dairy or plant-based yogurt
1 cup water plus extra as needed
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons lime juice
⅛ teaspoon table salt

In order listed, add all ingredients to blender and process on low speed until mixture is combined but still coarse in texture, about 10 seconds, scraping down sides of blender jar as needed. Gradually increase speed to high and process until completely smooth, about 1 minute. Adjust consistency with extra water as needed. Strain mixture through fine-mesh strainer into pitcher, pressing on solids to extract as much liquid as possible; discard solids. Serve over ice. (Mango lassi can be refrigerated for up to 1 day; stir to recombine before serving.)
