Ingredients
Cauliflower Poppers
All-purpose Flour 170 g
Water 120 ml
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
KNORR Aromat 1 kg 2 tsp
Black Pepper, a pinch
Cooking Oil 120 ml
Medium Head of Cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces (yields about 1.3 kg) 1 chunk
Tom Yam Glaze
KNORR Tom Yam Paste 6 tbsp
KNORR Lime Seasoning Powder 400 g
Water 200 ml
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Salt, a pinch
Dill Aioli Dip
BEST FOODS Real Mayonnaise 1 kg 170 g
Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Lemon Zest 0.30 tsp
Fresh Dill 2 tsp
KNORR Aromat 1 kg
Pepper
KNORR Lime Seasoning Powder 400 g
Lemon Zest 0.10 tsp

Cauliflower Poppers

In a bowl, combine All-purpose Flour, Water, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper and KNORR Aromat Powder.

Pat your cauliflower dry with paper towels, then drip it in the batter until fully coated and set aside.

Set your heat on medium to high. In a pot, add your Cooking Oil.

Gently place in your Cauliflower, and let it fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown in color.

Remove with a strainer and let the excess oil drip.

Tom Yam Glaze

In a small bowl, add your KNORR Tom Yam Paste, KNORR Lime Powder and water.

Mix until all ingredients are dissolved and set aside.

Dill Aioli Dip

In a small bowl, mix in your BEST FOODS Real Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Lemon Zest and Fresh Dill.

Season with KNORR Aromat Powder and Pepper, then mix until all ingredients are combined.

Garnish with some Dried Dill on top.

Place your deep-fried cauliflower in the Tom Yam sauce mixture, give it a toss until fully coated.

Place your Dill Aioli Dip in a small bowl and serve it with your Tom Yam Cauliflower Poppers.
