1 oz. Jamaican Rum (Appleton Estate 12)
0.5 oz. Plantation OFTD
0.5 oz. Coffee liqueur (Mr. Black)
1 Barspoon Pimento Dram (The Bitter Truth)
1 Dash Ansgostura Bitters
1 Dash Pernod
0.75 oz. Lime juice
0.75 oz. Orange juice
0.75 oz. Grapefruit juice
0.5 oz. Passionfruit syrup
0.25 oz. Agave syrup

Build in a shaker tin, shake with crushed ice and serve in a large snifter with mint, two pineapple fronds, three maraschino cherries on a bamboo skewer and grated nutmeg.
