Ingredients
1 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 oz passion fruit syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp brown sugar
2 oz gold Puerto Rican rum
4 oz boiling hot water
1 small piece of butter
Directions

Pour ingredients into a stemmed glass with a handle. Fill with hot water and stir well. Add butter.
Optional garnish: Pluck a leaf from a pineapple, rest it on top of glass. Soak a sugar cube with 151 rum and place upon the leaf. Ignite cube and sprinkle with fresh cinnamon. Extinguish before drinking.
