Ingredients
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tablespoons tahini
6 medium cloves garlic (pressed)
3 Tablespoons fresh dill (diced)
10 fresh medium mint leaves (diced)
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt (depending on taste preference)

In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients together.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (depending on how fresh your yogurt is).
Notes
It’s important to finely dice all of the fresh ingredients.
Since this recipe is stirred rather than blended, it will taste the best after it’s had a day to marinate and let the flavors incorporate.
