.75 oz Barbancourt 8 year
.75 oz amber virgin islands rum
6 drops grenadine
SC:
1.5 oz Barbancourt 5*
1 dash grenadine
BBB/SC:
.5 oz falernum
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz pineapple juice
.25 oz simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
D&C:
1 oz Barbancourt 3*
1 oz El Dorado 3 year
.25 oz Lemon Hart 151
.75 oz falernum
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz pineapple juice
.25 oz grenadine
1 tsp ginger syrup (no simple)
6 drops Bittermens ‘Elemakule Tiki Bitters

BBB/SC: Very short (5s) blend.
D&C: Shake with 3 ice cubes, pour over crushed ice
Pilsner glass, garnish with a pineapple and cherry flag.
